BLUE CORNER - LITTLE CORNER OF NOSTALGIA
Several of my recent posts are from my trip to the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone National Park. Known for its majestic mountain ranges, expansive valleys, and of course, wildlife. And just north of Jackson Hole, at the base of the Grand Tetons, is Moulton Ranch and its famous barn. I've been told the most photographed barn in the world.
I was blessed to have stayed three nights at the Cabins at Moulton Ranch. About 200 yards from our cabin was the famous barn. Each morning there were about 20 people jockeying for position to get that memorable shot. I fought the crowd one morning. But next to our cabin was this neat little display. Quiet, tucked away from the mainstream, I was able to be alone with my camera and my thoughts. For those interested, I didn't make any adjustments to the white balance. It really was blue.
